    1 lb. Skinless Chicken breast
    3 cups cooked beans
    1 package of McCormick White Chicken Chilli Seasonings 1 10 oz can Rotel Tomatoes & Chilies Original


Soak beans overnight. Place beans in a crockpot with 1 cup water. Let beans cook on low for 5 -6 hours.
Cut up chicken in small pieces
Drain water off beans and set aside
Place a skillet on the stove and heat on medium for about 2 minutes.
Place chicken, beans and rotel tomatoes in skillet.
sprinkle Chilli seasonings over mixture and stir.

Let cook for approximately 5 - 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.

Makes 6 1 cup servings.
