Good. I added sun dried tomatoes and garlic for additional flavor. Next time I will add some tomatoes to thicken the sauce and use angel hair pasta. - 11/11/09

Great dish! I think next time I will add more tomato, onion, and seasoning as the "sauce" was very liquidy and I like thicker ones. The flavor was great and light - husband can't wait for me to make it again! Update: made it with 1.5 cups of onion & tomatoes, added 3 tbsp tomato paste - tastes great - 10/22/09

  • *Fantastic* recipe!!! I actually added more garlic, tomato and onion (about 1.5x more). absolutely delicious. I'll be making this one again. Perhaps with more scallops next time too, since they're so low cal, low carb! - 8/25/10
