Introduction

You can make these with or without nuts or chocolate chips. They are great just on their own. These are my 18 month old's favorite! You can make these with or without nuts or chocolate chips. They are great just on their own. These are my 18 month old's favorite!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 ripe large bananas

    1 large egg

    1 tsp almond OR vanilla extract

    3 tbsp butter or replacement

    1 1/4 C. flour (I use enriched)

    1 C. Sugar

    1 tsp baking soda

    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Grease or flour muffin tin.

Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl.

Mash bananas in seperate bowl.

Mix all wet ingredients in with mashed bananas.

Combine dry and wet.

**If adding nuts or chocolate chips, add now**

Bake for approx 18 min (depending on your oven).
