    250g Lamb Mince
    Half a small Onion
    2 slices white bread
    Dried Mint
    1 medium egg


Dry bread in oven until golden brown and crisp.
Once cooled pulse in food processor until broken down into breadcrumbs.
Finely chop onion in food processor.
Add all other ingredients and mix until well blended.
Form into burgers (I use a Lakeland Burger Maker for mine)
Cook until medium grill, turning at least once until cooked through
Serve with bap, salad and potato wedges.
