Introduction

Ingredients

1 flour tortilla (6.5 inches)
1 large hard boiled egg
2 tbsp Salsa
1 tbsp cream cheese
7 sprays of Parkay spray margarine
1 dash salt
1 dash black pepper
Directions
-Boil 1 large egg until hard, shell and chop when cooled enough to handle.
-Lay tortilla flat on plate spread in a line, 1 tbsp of cream cheese in the middle of the tortilla
-Layer 2 tbsp of salsa over the line of cream cheese
-Layer chopped boiled egg over the line of salsa
-Fold the tortilla's ends and sides in towards the center, covering ingredients.
-Spray top of burrito with Parkay spray margarine
-Add dash of salt and pepper
-Microwave on high for 15 seconds or until tortilla is soft.
Makes 1 serving
Can be made in bulk and cooled in refrigerator for a breakfast, lunch or snack for another day (recommend no longer than 3 days).
Add ingredients according to your tastes (i.e. bacon pieces, hamburger, mustard, garlic, etc.)
