    2 cups vegetable broth
    2 1/2 cups Swanson chicken broth 99% fat free
    4 cups chopped broccoli
    1 medium potato, peeled and diced
    4 tbsp. butter
    1 cup onion, finely chopped
    1 large stalk celery finely chopped
    31/2 tbsp. white flour
    2 cups half and half
    1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    1 cup low fat cheddar cheese grated
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    fresh ground pepper to taste
    salt to taste


Bring broths to a simmer in a large saucepan. Add rest of ingredients and cook until broccoli and potato are done

Makes 6 - 2 cup servings
