    * Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 0.5 cup (remove)
    * Longos Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added .5 cup = 125ml, 3 cup (remove)
    * Sweet potato, 4 cup, cubes (remove)
    * Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips (remove)
    * Bob's Red Mill TVP, 1 cup (remove)


dice ingredients
sautee onions until golden,
add tomatoes and mushroom soup.
simmer on low until done.
