    8 Cooked lasagna noodles
    Fat free Ricotta Cheese
    2 egg whites
    2 tbsp grated parm cheese
    3 garlic cloves minced
    1 lb ground venison
    1 jar spaghetti sauce of your choice
    8oz mozz cheese


mix ricotta, garlic, egg whites, drained chopped spinach and garlic. cook lasagna noodles to al dente, rinse in cold water when done to stop cooking. brown venison in pan, strain grease, add spaghetti sauce. Take 1 noodle at a time, and put about a tbsp of the cheese/spinach mixturei in the noodle and roll it up and put a pan. after you do all 12 noodles, then pour the venison/spag sauce over the top of it. and then put the grated mozz cheese. Cover, and cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, take cover off for last 10/15 minutes or so! Serving size is 2 roll ups!
