    2.5 c split pea
    5/5 c water
    1 cup chopped red potato
    2 onions
    3 tbsp evoo
    .5 cup chopped cauliflower

Directions

caute onion in evoo
add rinsed split peas and water
add potato and cauliflower
bring to a boil and lower heat to simmer for 20-30 minutes
puree
