    Scallions, raw, 3 large
    Garlic powder 2 tbsp
    Ginger ground, 1 tsp (can use fresh instead)
    Curry powder, 0.25 tbsp
    *Wasabi, 1 tsp powder
    Water, tap, 2 cup (16 fl oz)
    Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp
    Kale, 3 cup, chopped
    Lemon juice 1 tsp
    Granulated sugar 1tbsp
    Black pepper to taste
    Soy sauce 0.5 tbsp
    Add all ingredients to large pot except kale. Wash kale and remove large rib stems, drain in collander, then add to other ingredients on put on stove and bring to boil. Reduce heat and boil for about 1 hr or until tender.


Makes about 4 servings
