    2 eggs
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup canola oil
    1 3/4 cups milk
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    4 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt


Heat waffle maker. Beat eggs with wire whisk or hand beater in medium bowl until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth. Pour about 2/3 cup batter onto center of hot waffle maker. Bake about 5 minutes. Remove waffle carefully.
Makes ten 4-inch Belgian waffle squares
