    Couscous, 2 cup, dry, yields
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields
    12 oz frozen Butternut Squash
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .2 cup


Sautee onion/garlic in a few tablespoons of the broth until soft. Add spinach & squash until warm. Add broth/water and couscous. Boil a few minutes, cover, let sit 5 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
Add grated cheese/lemon juice.

Makes 11 (eleven) 1/2 cup servings
