Ingredients

    * Beef, round steak, 500 grams (remove)
    * *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 0.75 cup (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 0.35 cup, chopped (remove)
    * White Wine, 100 mL (remove)

Directions

In a pressure cooker saute' chopped onion in oil. Add beef and stir around, pour in wine and cook until liquid is evaporated, Adjust with salt and pepper, add tomatoes. Close the pressure cooker and cook for about 20 min. Open and let the excess liquid absorb
