    *Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat, 1 cup (remove)
    White Rice, long grain, 3 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 spear (about 5" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)


Cook rice, enough to make 3 cups cooked. Par-boil carrots and broccoli. Sautee onions, mushrooms and crab meat in 1 tbsp of oil. When rice and vegetables are cooked add to the sauteed items. Add salt and pepper as required.
