    * Onions, raw, 2 large (remove)
    * Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    * Sunflower Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Ginger Root, 6 tsp (remove)
    * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Cabbage, chinese (pak-choi), raw, 6 cup, shredded (remove)
    * Oranges, 1 large (3-1/16" dia) (remove)
    * *Chick Peas, 2 cup (remove)


finely dice garlic
roughly chop onions and pepper
zest orange
finely dice ginger root.
Sautee until golden.
Add shredded bok choi
and add cut up orange pieces from orange.
toss together, add chick peas, toss further.
Cook on low until bok choi is tender.
