    1/2 onion, sliced
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    Olive Oil spray
    2 c Boca Ground Crumbles
    1 T Chili powder
    1 T Flaxseed
    1 can Westbrae Natural Soup Beans
    1 can Westbrae Natural - Organic Chili Beans
    1 can Muir Glen Organic Diced Tomatoes w/ Garlic and Onion
    1 tsp Frank's Hot sauce
    1 tsp cumin seed
    2 c water
    4 oz oatmeal stout
    1 tsp Colgin Liquid Smoke
    1 T Oregano, ground
    2 T brown sugar, unpacked
    1 T yellow cornmeal
    1 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp vegan worcestershire sauce
    Pepper to taste


Spray the bottom of your soup pot with cooking spray.

Add onions and garlic and saute until soft.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir - more spices to taste.

Let simmer for an hour or more, and enjoy!
