Number of Servings: 3


    Chicken Breast, no skin, 9.5 ounces
    Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 0.25 cup slices
    Asparagus, fresh, 7 spear, large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2")
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips
    *brocoli, 2 cup
    Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland (1 tbsp=3tsp), 1.5 tsp


Clean and slice chicken. Heat Olive Oil in large skillet or wok, cook chicken pieces just until done. Season with your favorite spices. Clean and slice vegetable. Remove cooked chicken from oil. Add vegetables and a little water, steam just until vegetable are tender crisp. Add chicken back into vegetables just to reheat.
