Ingredients

    2 C Egg Substitute
    1 14 oz package of Gimme Lean Veggie Sausage
    1 10 oz package frozen broccoli, defrosted
    1 15 oz can of mushrooms, drained well
    1 1/2 C fat free shredded cheese
    1/4 C Dijon Mustard
    1/4 C water
    salt, pepper, garlic powder to tase

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.
Cook "sausage" in a skillet until dry and crumbly. Saute mushrooms and broccoli to get some of the water out. Let "sausage" and veggies cool a little. Mix all ingredients together well. Coat a 8x8, 9x9, or 9x13 pan with cooking sprat and pour mixture evenly into pan. Cook in oven for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out pretty clean. Let cool before slicing into 12 servings.
