    1 lb. Lean ground Turkey
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
    1/4 tsp. Paprika
    1/4 tsp. Fennel seed or Tumeric


Heat skillet on Medium
Mix all ingredients in bowl
Make 1.5 oz patties
Cook a few minutes on each side till done.
