great alone or with side salad and or garlic toast great alone or with side salad and or garlic toast

    4 oz fresh turkey breast (diced)
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/4 cup fresh pico degallo
    1 8oz can salt free tomato sauce & 1 can of water
    4 oz wheat spaghetti
    1 tsp crushed garlic
    salt & pepper to taste
    if bitter, add 1/4 tsp splenda or sugar


saute turkey breast in olice oil
add remaining ingredients except pasta
cook 20-30 minutes to meld flavors
cook pasta according to pkg
toss together or serve sauce over pasta

top with grated parmesan cheese if desired
