Ingredients

    5 oz. boiled chicken thigh, & some of the broth from boiling
    1 clove garlic-cut up
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/3 C. brown rice
    1. C. Capri Style frozen veggies (carrots, french style green beans, yellow squash, & zucchini)
    Water, as needed

Directions

Boil chicken & remove from bone & skin.
Place chicken & broth into saucepan. Add rice, cut up garlic clove, & bouillon cube. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer, & cover with tight fitting lid. Simmer for approx. 20 min., then add veggies. Add more water as needed, & continue to simmer till rice is done. *For me I had 2- 6oz. servings.*
