    1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1/4 c plain bread crumbs
    3 slices Krakus sliced Polish ham
    4 slices baby swiss


Preheat oven to 350. Mix first 3 ingredients, and form into rectangle. Place ham and cheese on top. Roll up jelly roll style. Place seam side down in 8.5 x 4.5 x 2.5 loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour or until done (160 degrees). Middle will be pink because of ham.
