Ingredients

    1 Cup cooked Brown Rice,
    1 can (15.5 oz) Black Beans,
    3/4 cup diced carrots,
    1/2 onion chopped,
    1 egg,
    1 Tbsp Chili Powder,
    1/2 Tbsp Cumin,
    70 grams diced Green Pepper,
    1/2 cup Rolled Oats,
    4 cloves Garlic,
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

Mix all ingredients in food processor until combined.
Form into 8 patties and freeze for ease of cooking.
Cook like normal burgers.
