    1 Scoop of Whey Protein Powder
    1/2 cup of Old Fashioned Oats
    1/2 cup of 1% Milk
    1/2 tbspn Margarine (like ICBINB!)
    Sweetener of your choice (optional)

Directions

1) Follow directions on the back of the oatmeal container
2) Add Milk, Powder, and Margarine to oatmeal
3) Mix well
4) Drizzle sweetener (like agave) if desired
