Number of Servings: 5


    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, grated
    Pineapple tidbits, 8 oz can 227 g,
    1/3 c cream cheese spread, fat free
    1/4 c Raisins
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp cloves
    1/8 tsp nutmeg


Place grated carrots & raisins in a med size bowl. Drain and reserve juice from pineapple add pineapple to bowl.
In a small bowl combine cream cheese spread with some of the reserved juice (1 Tbs at a time) mix with fork until most of the lumps are smoothed out. Add spices to cream cheese, then stir into the carrot mix. Store, covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serving size, 1/2 cup.
