Ingredients

    Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
    Capers, canned, 1 tbsp, drained (remove)
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Smoked Salmon (lox), 4 oz (remove)
    minced onion, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Daisy Sour Cream Reduced Fat, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Kroger cream cheese & greek yogurt (1 oz.), 16 tbsp - 8 oz.

Directions

Place all ingredients except the capers in a Food Processor and process until it reaches preferred consistency. Add capers and pulse once. Spread into a square serving dish.

Option: mix 1 tablespoon of chopped onion, 1 cup of grape tomatoes sliced and a table spoon of fresh chopped dill together. Spread on top of the salmon. Enjoy with crackers, pita or rice cakes.

Serving size two tablespoons.
