    3 cloves garlic
    1 onion minced
    1 lb ground beef
    3 T. chili powder
    3 cans red beans/kidney beans
    3 cans tomatoes
    1 can black beans
    1 can lentil soup
    red pepper flakes


on medium heat, cook garlic, oil, and onion for approx. 5 minutes.
brown beef and chili powder
Add all cans and spices
simmer 90 minutes.
