    1lb ground turkey
    1 small onion chopped
    1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes
    2 15oz cans of kidney beans, dark, or light
    1 can of tomatoe sauce 15 oz or 2 8ozs


brown grd turkey and onion in skillet, season with pepper salt and chili powder place can tomatoes,kidney beans and sauce in a dutch oven. after meat is done put into pan and set on low to cook together for 3o min or until hot. enjoy it with a salad, cole slaw or sometimes i add in frozen corn.
