Ingredients

    3oz Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon (seasoned with Chef Paul's Magic Salmon Seasoning)

    1 cup raw Spinach

    1 tbsp sliced Scallion

    1/2 large hard boiled egg

    1/4 chopped tomato

    1/2 serving of Laughing Cow Low Fat Creamy Swiss

Directions

Layer ingredients any way you please. Serve with your favorite low calorie dressing. I made mine with a low calorie Tomato Vinaigrette.
