Ingredients

    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 149 grams (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 175 grams (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 100 grams (remove)
    * *Jimmy Dean Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patty (2 patties), 3 serving (remove)
    * Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * *Bouillon, Herb ox sodium free chicken, 4 serving (remove)
    * **great northern beans, dry, great value, 3.25 cup (remove)

Directions

Chop and brown sausage patties, set aside. Chop and saute vegetables in cooking spray, season as desired. Add sausage and soaked beans. Add water to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer. Add bouillon. Cook until beans are very tender. Optional: Remove and mash 1 cup cooked beans, return to soup to thicken broth. Adjust seasonings.
