Ingredients

    Combine 1 1/2 cups whole grain flour
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    3/4 cup water
    Drop walnut size balls into skillet mixture in a single layer.
    Cover and simmer for 10 min.
    Turn off burner and let set for 5 min.

Directions

Combine chicken, frozen vegetables and chicken broth. Cover bring to a boil.
