Ingredients

    *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1.25 cup
    *Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.25 cup
    Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup
    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 32 oz

Directions

Makes 5 2-cup servings

Put chicken and water in slow cooker and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours. Remove chicken and shred, then put back in water. Add mushroom and chicken soup and rice. Add salt, pepper and other spices to taste. Continue cooking on high until rice is cooked, about an hour.
