    Curry spice and also be 1/2 tsp each of Tumeric, cumin powder, red pepper, and caradamon powder plus 1 tbs of Garam masala


Chop garlic and oinons and fry in the oil, add potatoes when onions are translucent. THen add potatoes and 1 tbs of the carrot. add 3 cups of water and simmer for 15 minutes until potatoes are soft. Put the rest of the carrots and the lentils in a pressure cooker with 1.5 cups of water. Cook under pressure for 8 minutes. Remove and put in a blender with a cup of the cooked vegetables and puree. add the cauliflower and spices to the vegetables and cook until the cauliflower in soft. Add the pureed lentils and carrots. Add salt to taste. Makes 8 servings Serve with rice or flat bread.
