    1 Tblsp. olive oil
    6 tsp. minced garlic
    16 ounces of cut up Bok Choy
    141 grams of sliced shittake mushrooms
    227 grams of sliced portabella mushrooms
    1 block of firm tofu cubed
    8 Tbsp. of Newman's Own Teriyaki Marinade


Saute oil and garlic then add other ingredients when pan is hot. Pour over rice or noodles, or eat separately.
