    Brown rice Mahatma, 0.25 cup
    Mangos, 0.5 fruit without refuse
    Scallions, raw, 1 large
    Jalapeno Peppers Slices Haddon House, 0.25 oz
    Lemon juice Goya, 1 tsp
    Cook rice per directions. Mix ingredients & set aside. When rice is done, spoon mixture into rice & serve.
