    16 oz chicken breast
    1 c white cooking wine
    1 c whole milk
    1/2 c chopped onion
    2 tsp horseradish
    2 tbls basil
    2 tsp black pepper
    1 can mushrooms (I would rather have used fresh, but didn't have any on hand)
    4 tbls Parmesan Cheese, grated


Braise chicken in skillet until nicely browned. (If the chicken sticks to the pan, it means that the skillet wasn't hot enough.)

Take the chicken out of the pan and set aside. Add the cooking wine to the skillet. Then add the onion and garlic and simmer for 5 mins. Add the rest of the seasonings and mushrooms, except the pepper and cheese.

Add the chicken back to the skillet and sprinkle with the pepper. Let this simmer until the chicken is done...approx 30 mins. Sprinkle 2 tbls of parmesan cheese on each serving after in serving plate.
