    1/2 large Banana, frozen
    10 frozen Strawberries
    1- 6oz dannon light and fit strawberry yogurt (80 calories)
    3/4 cup water with cranapple drink mix, sugar free added


Put all ingredients into blender or smoothie machine and enjoy!
