    1/4 c corn
    1/4 c black beans
    1/8 c salsa
    1 slice Bordon fat free sharp cheddar
    1 large whole wheat tortilla


Mix together corn, beans and salsa, warm in microwave. Stir in cheese, spread on 1/2 tortilla, fold over and brown on nonstick pan w/ a few drops of oil.
Makes one serving
