    Use other spices as desired. I want to go with the 17 day diet so used chicken broth. 2 TBSP of butter can be used which I changed to Olive Oil. Garlic powder is also to taste and it isn't necessary to stick with the 1 tsp. Cook at 375 - 400 for 45 min - 1 hour. Cover carrots. The carrots should be soft and easy to pierce with a fork. I am just experimenting with this recipe so very open for any healthy suggestions!!!


This should make four servings which is approx. 100 grams of carrot or 4 oz.
