    4 pounds boneless skin less chicken breast
    1 Cup flour
    2 cups peas and carrots
    3 cups Jiffy baking mix
    1 cup 1 % milk
    5 cups water
    3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
    pepper to taste


Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces. Take and coat in the cup of flour and pepper set aside any left over flour. Brown chicken in dutch oven with vegetable oil. Pour water in to dutch over cover and reduce heat. Simmer for at least 30 minutes and and left over flour mixture and scrape and chicken bits in the bottom of the dutch and peas and carrots and simmer for ten more minutes. In separate bowl mix jiffy mix and milk. Drop over chicken mixture cover and cook for another 20 minutes.
