Ingredients

    2 - 28 oz cans Diced Tomatoes
    2 - 284 ml cans of Sliced Mushrooms
    2 - 398 ml cans of Red Kidney Beans
    1 - 12 oz can of Whole Kernel Corn
    2 cups Vegetable Broth
    2 cups dryTVP (Texturized Vegetable Protein) prepared
    3 Garlic Cloves(minced)
    1 oz Dark Chocolate
    1 med. Red Onion (diced)
    1/4 tsp Salt
    3/4 tsp White Pepper
    1-1/2 tsp Chili Powder
    3/4 tsp Cumin
    1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    1/8 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook for 2 hrs. Makes 8 - 500ml servings
