Introduction

Boneless ribs make this dish simply tender and fabulous. Takes a little time but well worth it and relatively low in calories and sodium. Boneless ribs make this dish simply tender and fabulous. Takes a little time but well worth it and relatively low in calories and sodium.

Ingredients

    1.5 Lbs lean trimmed boneless beef ribs
    1/8 cup Ap flour
    1 Tble salt free cavenders
    1//2 Tbls garlic powder
    1/2 teas pepper
    2 Tbls lime juice
    2 Tbls low sodium soy
    4 cups water
    beef bullion to taste

Directions

In a small bowl mix flour and dry spices together.

In a large nonstick pan(with lid) spray with pam. Sprinkle half flour mix over beef evenly and place flour side down in pan. Cook on high heat until browned(2 min) sprinkle remaining flour over other side of beef- spray well with Pam and flip. Cook until browned on that side.

Then add water . bullion, lime, Worcestershire and soy and stir well. Bring to a boil- then reduce heat to simmer. Cover and simmer till meat is fork tender( about 2 hours)

Makes 4 servings and sauce is great to dip bread into!
