Ingredients

    Spinach, onion, and olive oil

Directions

Wash and disinfect spinach bundle
Slice onion
Heat pan to medium heat
Add olive oil
Add onion slices and stir until soft
Add spinach leaves
Cover and steam for a couple minutes.
Stir again
Serve topped with sour cream, yogurt, or crumbled fetta cheese if desired
