    1 LB Stewing Beef
    1 Jar VH Thai Market Red Curry
    3/4 Cup Reduced Sodium Chicken Stock
    2 Garlic cloves minced into a paste
    1 TBS Packed Brown Sugar
    1 Large Onion sliced


Brown the meat in a pan. Add all ingredients into a crock-pot. Cook on "low" for 6 to 8 hours. Serve over rice.
Top with finely chopped fresh cilantro.
