Introduction

This is pretty much the best thing ever and it makes the fish tacos (in my recipe box) out of sight. This is pretty much the best thing ever and it makes the fish tacos (in my recipe box) out of sight.

Ingredients

    Red Cabbage
    Green Onion
    1/2 Jalapeno, diced
    Fat Free Sour Cream
    cilantro
    one lime

Directions

Chop the cabbage very finely (about 1/4 small cabbage) and place in a bowl. Chop up some cilantro to taste and toss it in there. Dice up about 4 scallions and throw that in. Dice the jalapeno up very finely and place it in with the other ingredients. Squeeze one small lime over it all. Add the quarter cup of fat free sour cream, mix very well, and allow to chill while making the fish tacos. This could also be eaten just as a regular coleslaw or on top of sandwiches.
