Number of Servings: 6


    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 1/2 tsp Splenda
    2-3 lbs flank steak, cut into 1/4-inch wide strips against the grain, then sliced into 3 sections
    Juice of a large Tangelo plus grated zest
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tsp not/Starch thickener
    1 1/2 tsp ground ginger or 1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
    1 Tbsp Chinese garlic-flavored black bean sauce
    2 tsp Thai Chili Roasted Garlic Dipping Sauce or 2 minced garlic cloves
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    2 Tbsp vegetable oil
    2 large shallots, cut into quarters
    Pkg of Green Giant Create-a-Meal Stir-Fry


Combine 2 Tbsp soy sauce and Splenda in medium bowl. Add beef, toss well and marinate for about an hour. Meanwhile, whisk remaining 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, orange juice, sesame oil and not/Starch thickener in medium bowl. Then combine orange zest, ginger, black bean sauce Thai Chili Roasted Garlic sauce or 2 minced garlic cloves red pepper flackes and 1 tsp vegetable oil in small bowl.

Drain beef, discarding liquid. Heat 1 tsp oil in large electric skillet and heat until just smoking. Add beef to skillet and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Transfer beef to bowl, reserving liquid in a small bowl. Wipe out skillet with paper towels.

Add tablespoon oil to skillet and heat until smoking. Add onions and cook, stirring until beginning to brown and soften. Add frozen vegetables and cok until spotty brown and tender (add 1 Tbsp water if necessary). Push vegetables to one side and add zest/garlic sauce mixture and press with spatula, cooking until fragrant, about 20 seconds. Stir to combine with vegetables. Return beef and juices to skillet, stirring to combine. Whisk sauce and add to skillet, cook stirring constantly, until sauce is slightly thickened about 30 seconds.
For non-low-carb family members, serve with rice. For a nice presentation, mound rice in middle of platter and place beef all around.
