    2-3 cups turkey breast
    3 medium red potatoes, cubed
    1 carrot, cubed
    1/2 turnip, cubed
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
broth made from turkey carcass + 2 cups chicken broth
pot spices to taste + cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes

Boil turkey carcass in a large pot of water; add some vegetable for flavor such as celery, onion, carrot as well as spices ( I throw in pot herbs, parsley, thyme, cumin, celery salt). Cool and skim off all fat.
Chop celery, potatoes, carrot, turnip and add to broth, toss in 2-3 cups cubed turkey breast; add 1 can of tomato soup, 2 cups chicken broth and spice to taste.
