    1LB Diced Butternut Squash
    2 TBS Salted Butter
    1 Cup Finely Diced Onion
    6-8 Fresh Sage Leaves Finely Chopped
    1 Cup Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
    2 TBS 1% Milk
    11 LB Box Of Catelli Smart Penne Pasta


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the squah on a baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray, add salt and pepper to taste. Roast until lightly browned. Add butter, onions and sage to a small pan and cook until lightly browned and fragrant. When squash in done add into a small food processor with the broth and milk, process until smooth. Add squash mixture to onions and sage. Cook penne according to directions. Drain and add back into pot. Add squash mixture and thoroughly combine.
