    1.24 lbs Chicken breast tenders (boneless/skinless)
    1 large carrot
    3 med-lrg Mushrooms (cut into large chunks)
    1 Orange Pepper (or 1/2 orange & 1/2 red)
    1 sm-med Baby Bok Choy
    3 Green onions
    1-1.5 Tbsp Fresh minced garlic
    1/2 c Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1 tsp Cayane pepper


Put the chicken in a plastic freezer bag with 1/2 cup soy sauce, garlic, cayane, and some black pepper. Marinate in fridge for 24 hours. Heat large wok coated with cooking spray over high heat; add the broccoli and carrots to the wok and cook till lightly tender, about 3 min. Add Chicken and the marinade and continue to cook for about five min, then add the rest of the ingredients and cook till chicken done. You can use the wooden spatula to cut the chicken down in size a little more to cook faster.
Serves 4, best served over brown sticky rice
