    1 Flatout Flatbread Light
    1oz. Luaghing Cow Cheese Wedge(Happy Farms)
    1 cup fruit (mixed berries or your preference)
    1 teaspoon honey
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 tablespoons nuts or grape-nuts


Spread cheese down center of wrap and microwave 15 seconds. Place fruit on top, sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with nuts or grape-nuts. Roll and enjoy. Makes 1 serving.
